Overtime

Stuck in a dead-end office job, a young employee lives for one small daily ritual, his snack from the vending machine; but when a selfish boss prevents this one pleasure, it sparks rebellion in the office.

This film follows Mike, a recent college grad stuck in a monotonous office job who primarily keeps to himself. The office vending machine is his daily escape – a place where he can escape for a few minutes and get his snack. However, the item he really wants never releases from the machine. To make matters worse, his insensitive boss does not respect work-life balance and gives him assignments that require overtime work. Mike then discovers another employee, Kira, who has been experiencing the same troubles. It isn’t until Mike witnesses his boss effortlessly access his favorite snack from the machine that he becomes obsessed with how he can gain the same privilege. Mike gathers two accomplices to hatch a plan of how they can seize control. In order to do so Mike must face his biggest fear which is confronting his boss.
