Hendrix

A surrealist short about a woman stuck in the past who is forced to confront her fears and learn to live in the present. A strange, romantic story about love, art, nostalgia, and letting go.

Hendrix is a 21-minute Georgian-language surrealist drama/comedy that I directed in Tbilisi. The film is picture-locked, and I’m looking for a sound editor/sound designer to collaborate with on the final sound post. The dialogue is in Georgian, but I can provide subtitles/translations and context for every scene. I’m looking for someone interested in both the technical side of sound editing and the creative side of sound design — dialogue cleanup, ambience, sound effects, selective Foley, music integration, and the final mix. Happy to share the film with anyone interested. Would love to collaborate with another SCAD filmmaker and finish the sound together.
