SimpleDCP Submission Guidelines

Starting in Winter 2026, students at SCAD Savannah MUST submit their film to SimpleDCP in order to showcase their work at Senior Showcase. This document serves as a technical guide to what is expected for submissions from students. Submissions are quality checked by SimpleDCP before being created, and then offer benefits compared to the old process of submission, like:

• Submission to Festivals on behalf of student after DCP Creation
• 5.1 and 7.1 Audio Playback
• Student DCP Folder Download

Please Note: SimpleDCP is a Paid Service and will charge a $50 Up Front Processing Fee and an additional $7.50 Per Minute of Screen Time. Expect a 12-Minute film for a 2K DCP to cost around $140. 4K DCPs cost higher.
