SCAD Facilities Use Permission Form

If you want to use facilities in Savannah Film Studios in any aspect of your production apart from the studios available in the PIR Checkout, you must fill out this form and follow its guidelines.

All requests should be made at least one week before the Date of Use. Youwill receive an e-mail confirmation once the location has been approved. If you have not received an e-mail confirmation priorto your Date of Use, you may not use the location requested.

You agree to use reasonable care while accessing/using thefacility, building, surrounding areas and common areas adjacent to your Designated Location and you may only the site for thepurpose and number of attendees represented on this form. You may not attach any equipment, props, or other materials to oralter the Designated Location. If you become aware of any reason why the location may not be fit for your use, you mustcontact our office immediately and cease all use of the location. You agree to ensure all the locations are cleared of anyequipment, materials, waste, etc before you vacate the designated location. You assume any and all risk and liabilitiesoccurring during your designated use, including any injury by any cause whatsoever to yourself, attendees, whether studentsor third parties assisting with your project arising from your own negligence and misconduct. You hereby release theuniversity, its staff, trustees, affiliates, agents and representatives from any and all damages resulting from such injury ordamage. SCAD reserves the right to revoke the approvals granted here at any time.
